About Stellar Alloys Steel Pipes and Tubes
For more than 25 years, Stellar Alloys Steel Pipes and Tubes has supported EPC contractors, fabricators, OEMs, maintenance teams and industrial buyers with piping materials for demanding service conditions. The range covers stainless steel and high-performance alloys used where corrosion, temperature, pressure or seawater exposure makes material selection critical.
Our role is straightforward: help buyers source the correct grade and form, match the applicable standard, keep documentation traceable and move the order through inspection, packing and dispatch with fewer surprises.
Project requirements can be supplied in seamless, welded, ERW/EFW and tube forms across stainless steel pipes and tubes, Inconel pipes and tubes, Hastelloy pipes and tubes, Monel pipes and tubes, duplex, super duplex and titanium grades.

A good piping order is not just about finding the alloy. It is about receiving the right material, in the right condition, with the paperwork and preparation needed to put it into the project.
Specification-Led Supply
Material, grade, standard, schedule, OD/wall thickness and finish are matched to the enquiry before dispatch.
Traceability
Heat numbers and MTC documentation support material verification and downstream quality checks.
Inspection Support
Third-party inspection and additional testing can be coordinated when the project specification calls for it.
Custom Preparation
Cut lengths, plain or bevelled ends, threading and selected surface finishes can be arranged according to the product.
Multi-Material Sourcing
Stainless steel, nickel alloys, duplex, super duplex, Monel, Hastelloy and titanium can be handled within one supplier relationship.
Export Support
Packing, commercial paperwork and shipment documentation are managed with international orders in mind.
See the Certifications & Quality Approvals page for the current quality framework and standards followed.
Industries We Serve
Different industries fail materials in different ways — each application is matched to the material family that solves its corrosion, temperature, pressure or cleanliness problem.
Manufacturing & Supply Capabilities
Requirements vary by service and installation method. Across the pipes and tubes range, orders can be arranged in seamless, welded, ERW/EFW and fabricated forms, with size and finish options selected to the applicable material and standard.
- ✓Seamless, welded, ERW and EFW pipe and tube forms.
- ✓Cold-drawn, annealed and pickled, bright-annealed and mechanically polished options where applicable.
- ✓Standard schedules and metric wall thicknesses, including cut-to-length supply.
- ✓Plain, bevelled or threaded ends depending on installation requirements.
- ✓Round tube as the core format, with selected square, rectangular, capillary and heat-exchanger tube options by material.
- ✓Small maintenance quantities through to project and export orders, subject to grade and availability.
Quality, Testing & Documentation
For industrial piping, the correct grade is only part of the job. Buyers also need confidence that the material can be identified, inspected and accepted against the project specification. Depending on the material and order requirement, documentation and inspection support can include:
- ✓Mill Test Certificates (MTCs) with heat-number traceability.
- ✓EN 10204 3.1 documentation as standard on applicable supply; 3.2 where specifically arranged.
- ✓PMI, hydrostatic, ultrasonic, radiographic or other NDT reports where required by the specification.
- ✓Dimensional and visual checks before dispatch.
- ✓Third-party inspection by an agreed inspection agency when requested.
- ✓Material marking, packing list and export documentation aligned to the shipment.
Packaging, Marking & Safe Dispatch
A project can lose time even when the material is correct if identification is unclear or the shipment reaches site damaged. Packaging is part of the supply process, not an afterthought.
Protective end caps and secure bundling for pipe and tube lengths where appropriate.
Wooden or plywood cases for smaller, precision or export-sensitive material as required.
Moisture protection and seaworthy packing selected for the shipping route.
Heat-number and material marking retained for traceability.
Packing list, commercial invoice, certificate of origin and carrier documentation prepared for international shipments as applicable.
Road, air and sea dispatch options coordinated around order size, destination and urgency.

What information should I send for a pipe or tube quotation?
Send the material or grade, applicable ASTM/ASME specification, pipe size or OD and wall thickness, schedule where relevant, length, quantity, inspection/documentation needs and delivery location. If some details are still open, send the drawing or current specification and the team can review it.
Do you supply both seamless and welded pipes and tubes?
Yes. The range includes seamless, welded, ERW/EFW and selected fabricated forms depending on the alloy, size and governing standard.
Can you provide MTCs and traceability documents?
Yes. Applicable material can be supplied with Mill Test Certificates and heat-number traceability. Additional inspection or EN 10204 3.2 documentation should be stated in the enquiry so it can be included in the supply route.
Which material families do you supply?
The pipe and tube range includes stainless steel, Inconel, Hastelloy, Monel, nickel alloys, Alloy 20, SMO 254, duplex, super duplex and titanium, with grade availability varying by product form.
